W have had some problems with the meeting videos downloading to the RSS feed subscriptions, especially in Apple Mail. If you have been a RSS subscriber, we are sure you’ve noticed the spinning wheel going on and on. This should be resolved and will show the past 12 posts from our Help Center.

All the Meeting Videos (Podcasts) are available in standard and High Definition now! The standard files are around 500 MB, while the HD may approach 3 GB. If you do not have fast internet, you may experience some stops and starts while  the download catches up with playing. You should see a blue line running across which is the download status. It will continue to download if you pause the video. You can do this to give the player a larger head start so you may be able to play it without stops and starts.
