Select Categories / Meeting Videos from the main menu. You can alternately select Tuesday or Wednesday Meeting to be more specific.

You should see a list of entries, each with a title noting the date. Click on the title of the entry to go to the specific entry. You should be viewing a page with an area setup to display the video.

You can start the video by clicking the play button (farthest left in the bottom bar or the button in the center of the area). The video will start playing as soon as enough data is downloaded to the buffer.

You will see a dot on the bottom bar which will show the player progress. You will also see a blue thermometer. This shows the progress of the download.

If you find the video stopping frequently, your internet service isn’t downloading faster than the video is playing. Just click on the Pause button (farthest left while the video is playing – ||) and let it download for a while to get a larger buffer built up.

If you want to watch the video in full screen, click on the rightmost button in the bottom bar.

If you want to watch in HD (high definition), click on the HD button. If the HD button is not visible, mover your cursor (arrow) over the video to reveal it.

The standard video is about 1 GigaByte in size and the HD is over 3 GB. Performance with both will depend on your download speed.
