You shouldn’t have this problem with Comcast, unless you have their lowest internet service (1.5 Mbps) which costs around $39 (or less with TV service) per month. If that is what you have, you need to upgrade.

You can go here to test your connection: http://speedtest.comcast.net

Anything less that 1.5 Mbps you will have problems with video.

I am having a problem when trying to view a video on the internet or even on email. The video starts, then stops, then starts, voice is not in sync with the movements of the mouth etc. Just tried viewing the new video on Brownwood from the Vmail and its so bad I can’t view it. Any suggestions.

I no longer have the trackpad for sale, that is listed under the help center. I tried to indicate such but found I can’t.

Make sure the volume on your Mac is all the way up and that the volume on the player is also up. You might check the Apple Classroom SIG version as it should be more complete and should have higher volume.
