   Carole, do you have a good article or podcast I can share with a friend about why he should buy a mac? his old laptop died and he is thinking about whether to get another ibm compatible or go with a mac

   I have had my ipad 3 days and am still exploring after having a pc for 15+ years.
   My question is: what is the best free Mac app for organizing my photos. My friend uses Apple iPhoto 9.1.1 but I really don’t know if it is free. Please advise

     If you don’t have a Mac, Picasa may work for you. You would need to look at iTunes on your PC to transfer pictures between the two.

     Mary, I didn’t check for comments on my help page. Yes, definitely iPhoto as it is integrated with all the apple iAPPs
